(** Please scroll down for my SugarPea Designs post **)

Good morning to all of you!  It's Wednesday so that means we have a new challenge over on the 7 Kids College Fund Challenge Blog.  As always, our challenge is "anything goes".

I decided to use this sweet A Bushel & A Peck by SugarPea Designs.  Isn't she a cutie?  And there are lots of different items available to place in her basket (see stamp set below).  I colored her with copics and colored pencils.  The pretty papers are by Authentique.  Be sure to stop by the 7KCF Challenge Blog to find all the details about the challenge!

SugarPea Designs Challenge - Clean & Simple

Happy Wednesday to all of you!  It's time for our new monthly challenge over on the SugarPea Designs Blog.  Our challenge theme this month is "Clean & Simple".

I used the adorable Love You Bunches to make a Mother's Day card.  The sentiment is from the A Bushel & A Peck stamp set.  I colored her with copics and colored pencils.  In keeping with our CAS theme, I simply added a piece of dp across the top of the card, along with some ribbon and a button.

Our challenge rules are very simple:

* Play along with any stamp you like - but if you use SugarPea Designs, we'll top your voucher up to $15!
* Combine our challenge with any other challenge(s)!
* Upload to your blog or other online gallery using keyword: SPD04 so that we may check out your beautiful work
* Add your link to the linkup on the SugarPea Designs Blog.  You'll find our current challenges on the sidebar.

Guess Who Loves You?

Good morning everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card I made for the 7 Kids College Fund Blog.

I purchased some of the Memory Box stencils a little while back and pulled one out recently to see what I could create.  I adhered the Mesh Stencil to a piece of Neenah cardstock.  Then I took a small stenciling brush I've had forever and tapped onto my distress ink pad to pick up some ink.  I wiped the excess ink off on scrap paper before applying the ink to my piece of Neenah.  I wanted a spring card so I used soft pastel ink pads.  I really did enjoy stenciling my own background paper and I hope to find some time to play around with more of these stencils soon!  I colored the sweet Guess Who Loves You? Pure Innocence Stamp with copics and colored pencils.  I paper-pieced her outfit, fussy cut her, and used dimensional dots to attach her to my stenciled paper.  I used some Glossy Accents on her sunglasses and added some ribbon and a few enamel dots.

Here are the supplies I used from the 7KCF Store:

Thank you for stopping by.  I hope you have a fabulous day!
